Adam is responsible for leading and managing the institute's partnerships and business development activities, with a focus on developing and executing strategic partnerships that support the institute's mission and goals.

Adam has worked extensively within the hospitality, digital education, sporting governance and corporate sectors over a career spanning 35 years.

Extensive knowledge of sales strategies, market trends and business governance knowledge which assists with the growth and development of new business opportunities and future growth. Established long lasting relationships throughout his career and maintains these relationships to diversify perspective and collect valuable information and market intelligence.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business (Catering and Hotel Management), Graduate Diploma of Education, Graduate Certificate in Management Development (Education and Training) and is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School in Executive Leadership.

Adam is an active Member on Boards in Australia (Non-Executive), most specifically within the sporting arena.
