Ben joined Snap’s Sydney office to lead Public Policy for Australia and New Zealand in September 2023.

He previously led public policy for IGEA, the industry association representing the Australian and New Zealand video games industry, from 2018 to 2013. Prior to moving into industry, Ben worked for the Australian Government in various roles in Canberra and Sydney for over a decade, including in the Attorney-General's Department and the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet where he advised on national security, organised crime, border protection and cyber security policy.
