Kate is the Director for Corporate and Strategic Affairs at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand.

At Microsoft ANZ, Kate leads on policy and strategic issues relating to electoral integrity, national and economic security, AI and emerging technologies, among other topics. She engages across government, industry and the community to share the opportunities of new technologies and support measures for responsible and secure adoption.

Before coming to Microsoft, Kate was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she worked with both private and public sector clients. Kate began her career at the Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and served at the Australian Embassies in Beijing and Washington DC.

Kate has a Masters of Business Administration with Distinction from London Business School.
