Biography
Ravi Nayyar is a Research Contributor, and Senior Fellow at ASPI, working on a project regarding regulatory fragmentation in relation to cyber resilience in the Indo-Pacific.
He is also an Associate Fellow of the Social Cyber Institute and a PhD Scholar at the University of Sydney. His PhD research explores how critical software regulation fits into critical infrastructure regulation, with theoretical foundations in regulatory theory and corporate governance.
Ravi has worked in technology law and policy, including for the OECD and as a Guest Fellow at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (where he focused on the initiative of the Quad countries to uplift software supply chain security).
A published author, Ravi continues to write on cyber law and policy, including for his Substack blog, A Techno-Legal Update.
